Tower Hamlets Professional Piano Tuning Service

Many different factors cause pianos to lose their tune, such as heavy playing  who will need more regular tuning than someone who strikes the keys gently. The temperature of the room where the piano is stored can also be one of many factors for the piano to go out of tune.

We see many cases where customers have snapped strings trying to tune these beautiful instruments by themselves, which can be an expensive repair. We will always recommend a professional and qualified tuner to come and tune or fine-tune your piano back to its original elegant sound.

Over time, if a piano hasn’t been t tuned routinely by a professional tuner, it will quickly start losing its pitch and begin to fall  flat. Pianos sound best when tuned by professionals since it makes the sound crisp, sharp and bright. Pianos should never be tuned above or sharp of 440 Hz, as this puts tremendous strain on the piano, and some pianos struggle to be tuned to 440 Hz, if they have left or neglected for years.

At AMH we have tuned thousands of upright, grand and baby grand pianos in Bow, Bromley By Bow and Mile End and throughout Tower Hamlets. We have experience repairing and tuning a massive range of manufacturers, notably some of the best pianos available, which include but not limited to:
